Google Chrome is an open source web browser developed by Google. Its software architecture was engineered from scratch (using components from other open source software including WebKit and Mozilla Firefox) to cater for the changing needs of users and acknowledging that today most web sites aren’t web pages but web applications. Design goals include stability, speed, security and a clean, simple and efficient user interface.

* Fix address bar dropping last character in some languages.
* Fix a crash when using the Web Inspector.
* Fix sorting of folders in the bookmark manager.
* Change the title on javascript popups from frames to show the URL of the originating frame.
* Fix the Languages Options panel cutting off the language selection.
* Fix to stop adding entries to the accept languages list when scrolling through the spellcheck language options.
* Fix the address bar not getting focus in new tabs.
* Fix layout problems with the About… dialog.
* Fix to prevent XMLHttpRequest HEAD requests from blocking the process.
* Fix regression in Find in Page: enable find next/prev arrow button.
* Support extended validation (EV) for the SwissSign Gold CA - G2 root certificate authority.
* Support EV for the DigiNotar root certificate authority.
* Allow –user-scripts-dir= to specify a directory for user scripts to make debugging easier.
* Increase the amount we scroll with each mouse wheel tick.
* Fix ‘view page info’ for frames to show certificate used to load the frame.
* Encoding chosen for Hebrew pages is not shown on encoding menu.
